Eastlink seeks a Service Technician in Timmins, Ontario, troubleshooting network issues and supporting customers through field and office work.

This full time Operations position reports to the Manager, Operations. Technicians resolve outside plant and customer-premises faults, support network maintenance, and maintain reliable Eastlink services. The role requires customer service, problem-solving skills, technical aptitude, and safety awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot service issues across outside plant networks
- Resolve faults at customer premises
- Repair forward and return path service issues
- Assist with network maintenance activities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and network reliability

Requirements:

- Graduate of a recognized Electronics program
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
- Commitment to Occupational Health and Safety practices
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
- Ability to travel throughout the region

Support Eastlink customers in Timmins through service troubleshooting, network maintenance, technical aptitude, and safe field work.
