The Produce Utility Clerk maintains efficient operations while following company policies, procedures, and standards. This position handles customer questions, comments, requests, and complaints while supporting produce displays, stock levels, and merchandise quality. The work also includes ordering, receiving, inventory, and cleanup duties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide friendly customer service and maintain positive customer relations
- Cull, stock, face, and organize produce displays efficiently
- Handle merchandise, substitutions, price changes, and product quality
- Clean fixtures, sales floors,



back stock areas, and spills
- Receive products, verify invoices, and support inventory activities

Requirements:

- Grade 9 or acceptable education and experience combination
- Related retail experience providing customer service
- Fluency in English
- Receiving, counter set-up, and product knowledge or experience
- Knowledge of merchandise and supply ordering procedures
