Miratech seeks an Organisational Design Consultant to assess how knowledge work is organised across tax, individual enquiries, and business enquiries. You will map current structures, analyse capability gaps, and define practical target-state options. The work includes RACI matrices, role profiles, resourcing requirements, and transition planning. You will also address AI-era responsibilities for virtual-agent tuning, answer review, and feedback loops. Key Responsibilities:

Map organisational units, roles, reporting lines, and current content capacity Assess ownership, capability gaps, capacity shortfalls,



and failure points Build named-role RACI coverage across the content lifecycle Define operating-model options, trade-offs, rationale, and resourcing implications Design transition, change, training, communication, and risk approaches Requirements:

Eight or more years in organisational or operating-model design Implemented deliverables including RACI matrices, role profiles, and transition plans Experience spanning multiple business units with shared or contested ownership Executive stakeholder credibility and strong engagement capability Eligibility to obtain and hold Government of Canada security clearance Bring organisational design, workforce planning, and operating-model expertise to clarify ownership for Miratech’s AI-enabled knowledge capability.
