Cogir Senior Living manages retirement residences across the country, serving independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities. The work includes supporting dietary needs and respecting residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load, operate, empty, and unload dishwashers
- Maintain clean cooking areas and work surfaces
- Damp mop kitchen floors regularly
- Clean blenders, refrigerators, and kitchen equipment
- Attend training and staff meetings as required
Requirements:
- Empathy for elderly and handicapped residents
- Follow food handling and storage procedures
- Follow directions for correct food service
