As a Customer Service Representative, you will greet customers, process purchases, and provide recommendations. You will maintain stock, rotate merchandise, verify deliveries, and place pricing or advertising signage. The position also requires accurate records, shift paperwork, and reporting discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and thank them when leaving
- Offer product assistance, suggestions, and recommendations
- Complete merchandise ordering and receive vendor deliveries
- Rotate stock and maintain adequate store inventory
- Record cash, sales, inventory, and shift information

Requirements:

- Retail sales experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations preferred
- Ability to operate registers, scanners, and store equipment
- Ability to work independently with periodic supervision
