As Assistant Front Store Manager, you help manage human, physical, and financial resources while supporting store objectives. Your work includes labour scheduling, Work Force Management, inventory preparation, expense control, and staff development. You also help hiring across departments excluding Pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain store standards across sales floor and backroom
- Improve product flow from backroom to sales floor
- Help manage labour scheduling through Work Force Management
- Ensure staffing levels support effective business operations

Requirements:

- Previous retail management experience
