This permanent full-time position supports ongoing personal insurance needs for new and existing clients. You will assess needs, recommend solutions, answer inquiries, process renewals, and retain business. Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills support success while working with insurers, underwriters, and adjusters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Service client needs and advise on insurance matters
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend insurance solutions
- Sell new policies and retain existing business
- Prepare applications, certificates, changes, and renewal documents

Requirements:

- Bilingual French and English communication skills required
