The work includes sanitation, equipment operation, cleaning, and supply organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and cookware
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- Keep kitchen surfaces and dishwashing stations organized
- Sweep, mop,



and assist with waste disposal
- Support kitchen staff and volunteers during meal service
