This role requires schedule flexibility, especially during peak winter weather conditions.What We Offer:Competitive pay: $25–$26 per hourGuaranteed stand-by pay.Opportunity to work 60–80 hours per week during peak winter operationsBi-weekly payTravel allowance for selected worksites (based on distance from residence)Paid training provided (no prior snowplow experience required)What You Will Do:Perform daily commercial vehicle inspections and complete required safety documentationMonitor vehicle condition and report major/minor defects to Safety or SupervisorComply with Ministry of Transportation hours-of-service regulationsOperate snowplow and salt trucks to remove snow and ice from assigned roads and highwaysEnsure roads are safe and adequately cleared during winter weather eventsPerform snow shoveling, basic grounds maintenance,
