You will understand customer needs, guide them to appropriate contacts, and explain mobile, ATM, and online banking. The position also supports frontline staff and branch processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage customers in advice, transactions, and problem resolution
- Guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions and contacts

- Complete accurate business processes and documentation

Requirements:

- High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
- Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
- Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
- Solid communication, organization, and customer experience skills
