Serve Wild Wing guests with beverage knowledge and accurate Sky Tab payment processing. Canlan Sports seeks outgoing, passionate, team-oriented servers.

As a Server at Canlan Sports, you will provide prompt, courteous, accurate food and beverage service. The role supports Wild Wing restaurant guests by promoting menu items, beverages, and current promotions. Previous Food & Beverage experience is preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Apply advanced beverage knowledge during guest service
- Maintain, set, and clear tables as required
- Process payments, gratuities, changes, and voids accurately
- Promote menus, beverages, and current promotions
- Complete opening and closing procedures when scheduled

Requirements:

- Hold Smart Serve, Serving It Right, or equivalent certification
- Bring previous Food & Beverage experience, preferably
- Handle payments and gratuities through a POS system
- Maintain developed knowledge of tableware and bar equipment
- Work versatile evening and weekend hours
