As a Maintenance Attendant, you will handle varied building operations work across indoor and outdoor property spaces. Daily responsibilities include completing repairs, responding to maintenance needs, supporting preventative maintenance, and inspecting facilities. You will collaborate with hotel teams, identify hazards, maintain grounds, and use tools responsibly. Skilled trade experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or HVAC is an asset.



Pool facilities and seasonal winter duties are included.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep guest rooms and public areas running smoothly
• Respond to day-to-day maintenance needs and work orders
• Support preventative maintenance and regular property checks
• Identify and address safety hazards around the property
• Maintain clean, safe, well-presented indoor and outdoor spaces

Requirements:

• Skilled trade experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or HVAC is an asset
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on, proactive approach with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Pool Operator’s Certificate is an asset
