Support CRU project data at AltaLink in Calgary using SharePoint, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 during a four-month summer term.

This Summer Student reports to the Manager, Project Support CRU and supports project controls, reporting, automation, and continuous improvement. You will work with project managers, functional teams, and management to improve data quality, visibility, and consistency. The May 2027 term suits second- or third-year university students in relevant programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean, validate, and standardize business data
- Document processes and identify automation opportunities
- Develop tools, templates, trackers, and reporting processes
- Maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and content
- Support Power BI reports,



dashboards, and data solutions

Requirements:

- Second- or third-year university student in a relevant program
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
- Solid technical writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization, accuracy, analytical, and problem-solving skills
