Serve Toronto shoppers with friendly customer service, fast checkout, cash handling, and merchandise support at Michaels in Downsview. Work includes store recovery and product assistance.

This part time seasonal Team Member position supports customers throughout the store. Responsibilities include checkout, Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments, VOC survey education, and Omni channel services. You will also assist with truck unloading, stocking, planograms, Custom Framing, and store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver quick, friendly checkout experiences and handle cash
- Help customers locate products and provide shopping solutions
- Support BOPIS, SFS, and other Omni channel processes
- Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and complete planograms
- Maintain recovery, returns, SISO, and AD set standards

Requirements:

- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to move throughout the store
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves
- Must be at least sixteen years old

Support Michaels customers through checkout, product service, merchandising, and Custom Framing duties in Toronto's Downsview store.
