The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of software testing methodologies, test case design and execution, defect management, and regression testing.ResponsibilitiesReview bugs/tasks from offshore testers before they get assigned to developersFollow up on high-priority and blocking issues.File high signal tasks that can be assigned directly to developers - Work very effectively with QA lead and rest of the QA teamFollow up on key incremental changes and get it coveredProvide weekly reports on tasks executedQualificationsExperience in the testing domainFamiliarity with testing life cycle processes, test case planning, test case designing and test executionExperimented in mobile application testingExpertise in end-to‐to‐end sanity, regression, smoke, and new feature testingExperience in test results and bug analysisExperience working in teams with offshore onsite modelExpertise in various defect management and test case management tools like Jira, Quality Center, TestRail, Bugzilla, etc., etc. Good communication and reporting skills
