Welcome GoodLife Fitness members as a Front Desk Motivator in Calgary’s Canyon Meadows, using customer service and fitness knowledge. This is a part time position.

The Motivator is often the first Associate members and potential members meet at the Club. You will create a welcoming, clean, and safe environment while supporting positive member experiences. The work combines front desk expertise, communication, membership knowledge, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet members and check them in for workouts
- Welcome potential members and direct them appropriately
- Answer calls, take messages, and book appointments
- Resolve questions, concerns, and membership information updates
- Complete cleaning tasks, Club runs, and Fit-Fix sessions

Requirements:

- CPR-A and AED Certification
- Smart Tan certification within three months of employment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency and customer service skills
- Previous customer service and sales experience is an asset
