Your practice spans public-company reporting, corporate governance, financing, capital structure, M&A, and equity management. Reporting to the Senior Vice President and General Counsel, you will independently manage sophisticated corporate matters and transactions. The role includes strengthening processes, governance practices, and tools supporting Coveo’s global operations.Key Responsibilities:
