Maintain SEPHORA merchandising standards and inventory accuracy as an Operations Consultant at Yorkdale in North York, Ontario. This is a regular part-time position.

Working with the Operations Supervisor, you will update merchandise, process shipments, and support organized stockroom operations. The position also includes client service, cashier and consultant training on POS and MPOS, inventory control, and compliance with sampling procedures. Solid communication supports daily execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain SEPHORA merchandising concepts and presentation standards
- Receive and process shipments in a timely manner
- Participate in inventory control and shortage reduction programs
- Train cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS




- Ensure sampling, safety, and tidiness standards remain compliant

Requirements:

- Retail or client service experience of one to two years
- Strong organizational, arithmetic, and computer skills
- Effective time management and problem solving abilities
- Clear communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Use merchandising, POS training, and inventory skills to support SEPHORA’s Yorkdale store operations and client experience.
