Key Responsibilities:

- Complete resident work orders and preventive maintenance
- Diagnose defects and perform compliant repairs
- Prepare vacant apartments for leasing and move-ins
- Track supplies, tools, equipment, and used inventory
- Maintain grounds, amenities, and common areas

Requirements:

- One to two years of maintenance experience
- Happy Property experience
- Weekend availability and on-call availability
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather
- Ability to lift twenty-five pounds independently
