Catholic Social Services seeks a full time Team Leader II for its recent Family Preservation program. You will supervise Family Enrichment Workers providing intensive, 24/7 in-home crisis intervention across central Saskatchewan. The work supports families through addictions, mental health, parenting, life skills, advocacy, mentorship, and referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Family Enrichment Workers across central Saskatchewan
• Provide direct family supports when needed

• Support intensive in-home crisis intervention services
• Participate in rotational on-call coverage

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Human Services, or equivalent
• Minimum two years supporting emotional and behavioral needs
• Experience in crisis intervention and stakeholder connections
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Class 5 license, vehicle, insurance, and registration
