You will lead marketing planning, customer insight, creative excellence, and business transformation. The position oversees the Manager, Marketing Strategy, Planning & Performance and Manager, Brand Marketing. Key Responsibilities:

Own enterprise brand strategy, architecture, governance, and portfolio management Define positioning, messaging, narratives, and value propositions Develop annual and multi-year integrated marketing strategies Establish budgets, KPIs, performance frameworks,



and investment plans Coach marketing leaders and strengthen organizational capabilities Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, commerce, or related field Ten-plus years in brand strategy, integrated marketing, or strategic planning Enterprise-wide brand strategy and integrated marketing leadership experience Expertise in brand architecture, portfolio strategy, integration, or naming English proficiency and senior stakeholder influence Bring enterprise brand leadership, integrated planning, and commercial marketing judgment to Purolator’s next phase of growth.
