Sienna Senior Living is seeking a Recreation Aide for its Kensington Place Retirement Residence. You will help deliver engaging lifestyle wellness experiences while maintaining a secure, welcoming community. Responsibilities include resident leisure profiles, event coordination, participation tracking, communications, supplies, and cooperation with volunteers, students, and community groups. The schedule is 9-5, every other weekend, with some evenings during the week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete resident leisure profiles within required move-in timelines
- Assist with monthly event calendar completion and distribution
- Respond to emails within organizationally specified timeframes




- Order and maintain departmental supplies and equipment
- Work cooperatively with volunteers, students, and community groups

Requirements:

- Passion for promoting seniors’ wellness through recreation experiences
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet calendar deadlines
- Proficiency in Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, Excel, and virtual technologies
- Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one
- Smart Serve or Serving It Right certificate, or willingness to obtain
