As a Banquet Server, you create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and shape guests’ impressions of hotel service. You prepare event spaces, serve food and beverages, and restore rooms for future use. Previous serving or food and beverage experience is an asset, while tech savvy skills support the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare banquet spaces according to specified event plans
- Set tables, decorations, linens, and table settings
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Assemble and break down banquet displays
- Explicit tables and clean banquet areas

Requirements:

- ProServe certification is required
- Previous serving or food and beverage experience is an asset
- Tech savvy approach to daily responsibilities
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to manage multiple sequences and demands
