Set the pace at Herschel Supply's Banff Store through floor leadership, sales focus, and energized customer experiences. Full time local availability is required.

This Key Holder role is a step beyond Sales Associate, with responsibility for leading shifts and supporting store operations. You will help bring Herschel's brand to life through product knowledge, coaching, visual standards, inventory support, and accurate transactions. Reporting to store management, you will help the team pursue shared goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set floor pace and delegate work as needed
- Keep the store clean, organized, and merchandised
- Run accurate POS and mobile system transactions
- Support customer concerns toward positive outcomes
- Keep KPIs visible and inspire goal achievement

Requirements:

- Natural leadership ability to energize and motivate others
- Friendly, authentic confidence creating customer experiences
- Ability to work opening and closing shifts
- Flexibility for weekends, holidays, and special events
- Visual merchandising or inventory experience is an asset
