The European Retail Operations Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative support for the European boutique network. The position handles special orders, store transfers, price tickets, service administration, and invoices. It also supports communication between boutiques, vendors,



and Birks Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Print tickets for price changes and other store needs
• Receive and process special orders for stores
• Track transfers between EJB stores and Birks Head Office
• Receive and ship service envelopes to stores and vendors
• Enter service invoices returned to Yorkdale Head Office

Requirements:

• Experience in retail administration, operations, or coordination
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear, professional, and service-oriented communication
• Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn systems
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
