Qualicare Lethbridge offers home care services that focus on enhancing our clients' quality of life and providing peace of mind for their families.Job SummaryThe Health Care Aide is a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of a care manager and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client's needs. The Health Care Aide is responsible for observing clients, reporting these observations and documenting observations and care performed.The Health Care Aide will be assigned in a manner that promotes quality, continuity and safety of a client's care.This position is supported through the Alberta Youth Employment Incentive (AYEI) program. To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:AYEI-Funded Position – Eligibility RequirementsMust hold a valid Health Care Aide (HCA) certificateBe 24 years of age or younger at the time of receiving an offer of employmentBe a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) of CanadaPlease note:
