ResponsibilitiesSupervise/direct warehouse staff for efficient daily operations and positive customer experienceManage receiving, warehousing, inventory, and distribution operationsMaintain inventory accuracy; coordinate orders and delivery timelinesCoordinate installation schedules across customers, sales, and crewsMonitor crew performance; address concerns and improvement opportunitiesConduct job-site inspections and document findings as requiredControl inventory via physical counts and system reconciliationInspect and coordinate repairs to warehouse equipment and vehiclesMaintain a clean, organized, safe, and presentable warehouse facilityMaintain warehouse security procedures and access protocolsPlan and implement warehouse layout and organization improvementsPerform other duties as needed to support the overall teamWarehouse & Installation Manager (Crew Coordination exp req) Qualifications4+ years warehouse experience required3+ years management experience required2+ years forklift operating experience requiredValid driver's license and clean driver's abstract requiredAbility to lift up to 80 lbs on occasion required
