Prepare rental vehicles, inspect condition, and manage vehicle movements throughout the lot and other locations. Maintain presentation, safety, and readiness for customer pick-up.

This vehicle preparation position focuses on rental fleet readiness and lot operations. Duties include driving and shuttling vehicles, checking insurance, decals, accessories, damage, and operating features. You will clean interiors, wash exteriors, refuel vehicles, check fluids and tire pressure, and maintain car seats. The work also includes inspection documentation, lost and found handling, supply communication, and wash bay upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare vehicles for customer pick-up and rental service
- Drive, park, shuttle, and rotate vehicles according to procedures
- Inspect damage, accessories, insurance, decals,



and vehicle features
- Clean, vacuum, refuel, wash, and maintain vehicle interiors and exteriors
- Maintain wash bay equipment and report safety issues

Requirements:

- Ability to follow vehicle preparation and lot procedures
- Ability to document damage on vehicle inspection sheets
- Ability to manage lost and found items promptly
- Ability to monitor supplies, fuel, fluids, and tire pressure
- Ability to maintain clean, secure work areas

Support rental readiness through vehicle inspection, cleaning, refueling, lot movement, documentation, and wash bay maintenance.
