Lead exceptional customer service at the Edmonton International Fringe Theatre Festival through front-of-house and box office management. Primarily evening and weekend hours define this full-time salaried position.

As Patron Services Manager, you will supervise, train, and manage staff while coordinating key festival services. The work includes bar, concessions, souvenirs, inventory management, operational procedures, special events, and customer experience delivery. You will collaborate with departments, vendors, volunteers, and stakeholders.
