The Citadel Theatre in Edmonton is seeking a part time Box Office Patron Services Representative (PSR). The role focuses on selling tickets, packages, classes and merchandise in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent customer service to guests.

Responsibilities include using Theatre Manager for ticket sales, class registrations, and administrative support, assisting with Season Tickets, and maintaining patron databases.
