Protect Bell’s AI Fabric in Winnipeg as a Security Operations Coordinator using access control, CCTV monitoring, and incident response expertise. This is a full-time, on-site position.

As part of Bell’s AI Fabric team, you will help secure facilities supporting next-generation technology. You will protect people, assets, telecom and IT infrastructure while providing front-line support to employees and visitors. The work combines security operations, customer service, documentation, and emergency coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor building access and verify credentials
- Manage visitor logs and conduct facility patrols
- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems
- Respond to incidents and coordinate emergency services
- Maintain reports while protecting telecom and IT infrastructure

Requirements:

- Experience with CCTV and access control systems
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Calm response under pressure
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Background check and reliability clearance
