Welcome families to CSP youth sports programs as a Brand Ambassador, using friendly communication and customer service at the welcome desk. Work with parents and children in the GTA.

CSP operates youth sports programs throughout the year for communities across the GTA. This Brand Ambassador role creates positive first impressions while sharing program, camp, and membership information. You will answer questions, support sign-ups, and help families understand their options.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome parents and children as they arrive
- Share program, camp, and membership information
- Answer questions about available family options
- Distribute flyers and promotional materials
- Assist with sign-ups and lead capture

Requirements:

- Comfort starting conversations with parents and youth
- Friendly, outgoing, and reliable approach
- Passion for working with kids and families
- Ability to multitask in busy environments
- Availability for evenings and/or weekends
