Job Overview:This role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit.Delivery Associate IGreat Brands & Great People.We work with big, exciting coffee and beverage brands, and we have fun doing it!Our forward-looking culture is the foundation for a fast-paced environment where we dream big and love what we do.We're looking for a roll-up-your-sleeves person to join our team and build a career as a Delivery Associate I in Winnipeg, Manitoba.DESCRIPTIONResponsible for the timely delivery of our coffee and related products to our customers.RESPONSIBILITIESDeliver coffee, beverages, and related products to customers on an assigned route (approximately 15 deliveries per day)Monitor customer inventory levels and process replenishment orders to maintain appropriate stock levelsPerform preventive cleaning and basic equipment maintenance / troubleshooting to reduce service calls and ensure equipment operates properly. Escalate technical concerns when requiredBuild strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities to support sales initiativesMaintain a safe work environment by following all company policies, procedures, and legislative requirementsAssist with warehouse operations as needed, including receiving, unloading, picking, loading, and organizing inventoryComplete delivery, inventory, and service documentation accurately using company systems and mobile applicationsPerform other related duties as assigned by the line managerThis list is not exhaustive.
