Guide young performers through Catalyst Theatre’s July bootcamp using theatre expertise, organization, and strong communication skills in Edmonton.

This supervisor supports an immersive three-week introduction to Catalyst Theatre’s musical production approach for participants aged 16-21. The work includes learning sessions, afternoon rehearsals, participant support, and showcase preparation. Candidates should have theatre arts education or equivalent experience, plus experience teaching or leading youth groups.

Requirements:

• Enthusiasm for musical theatre
• Post-secondary theatre arts education or equivalent experience
• Experience teaching or leading youth groups
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to nurture enthusiasm while maintaining safety and respect
