Support young learners with complex needs as a Special Education Technician at Lasalle Jr. Elementary School in a specialized K4 classroom. This position works within a teaching and multidisciplinary team supporting students with developmental delays, autism, and significant challenges. The work includes applying special education techniques, supports, and adaptations while building communication, self-regulation, sensory-motor, and daily living skills. A play-based approach supports school readiness, self-advocacy, and independence.
