Contego, based in Calgary, is seeking a Help Desk Intern for a 4-month term starting January 2027. You will be the first point of contact for end users, troubleshooting hardware and software, assisting with onboarding, and keeping IT documentation up to date.

This hands-on role builds technical skills in a corporate setting, with exposure to Office 365 implementations and SharePoint projects while developing customer-focused support capabilities.
