As a Guest Services Intern with Crescent Hotels & Resorts, you will assist daily operations and supervise team members. You will welcome guests, coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and luggage handling, and support outdoor programs. The internship develops hospitality skills through front-of-house and outdoor responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Guest Services responsibilities and coordinate daily team assignments
- Assist scheduling, training, and shift handovers
- Deliver guest service during arrivals, departures, and requests
- Guide hikes, snowshoeing, and seasonal outdoor programs




- Maintain safety, guest areas, logs, and operational communication

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled at an accredited educational institution
- Actively pursuing Hospitality or a related degree
- At least 18 years of age
- Robust written and verbal communication skills preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency and prior work experience preferred
