Aecon Construction Solutions Inc. seeks Concrete Finisher Apprentices and Journeypersons for industrial construction environments. The work includes concrete floors, driveways, sidewalks, curbs, bridge decks, and other structures. Candidates need dry pack grout, epoxy, curing, and power tool knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Place wet concrete into forms to specified elevations
- Level, smooth, edge, groove, and joint concrete surfaces
- Apply architectural, exposed, patterned, stamped, broom, and smooth finishes
- Repair, waterproof, and restore concrete surfaces




- Mentor apprentices and oversee their safety as a journeyperson

Requirements:

- Experience finishing concrete in industrial construction environments
- In-class Fall Protection or Working at Heights training
- Knowledge of grout, epoxy, curing, and trade power tools
- Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and in all weather
- Ability to stand, crouch, kneel, and lift up to 25kg
