Paladin Security seeks a Security Guard for an active commercial hub in Richmond, BC. The position supports tenants, shoppers, staff, property management, and police through foot patrols, CCTV monitoring, radio communication, and incident response. You will help maintain a safe and welcoming environment while enforcing property rules and local bylaws.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct interior and exterior shopping centre foot patrols
- Manage trespassers and handle evictions professionally
- De-escalate aggressive or intoxicated individuals




- Monitor CCTV and maintain clear radio communication
- Write detailed reports and support emergency responders

Requirements:

- Valid BC Security Worker License
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- More than three months of security experience
- Conflict handling and independent incident management experience
- Ability to walk 20,000 to 30,000 steps per shift
