The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of supporting documents for financial statements and other government reporting.Replacing an existing position.Key Responsibilities and Accountability:Responsible for completion of month end close procedures for 1 or more companiesSupport in financial analysis and contribute to budget preparationCompletion of year end working papers for multiple companies for external auditorsBank and Credit Card reconciliation daily/monthlyGovernment Filings (Source, HST, WSIB, EHT, T4s and T4a's)Setup and maintenance of chart of accountsEntry of all financial transactions, posting, journal entries and adjustmentsAccounts Receivables and collectionsExpense reportingAccounts Payable and EFT/ACH PreparationDaily cash receipts and bank depositsGenerate, review and approve tax slips (i.E.
