As a Solutions Manager at JINGDONG Logistics, you will analyze customer requirements and design scalable logistics models. Your work covers warehouse operations, fulfillment processes, inventory management, transportation, and value-added services. You will also support system integration involving WMS, TMS, OMS, ERP, API, and EDI.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead detailed customer business analysis and solution workshops
- Develop proposals, process flows, SOPs, costs, and implementation plans
- Optimize inbound, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processes




- Coordinate cross-functional implementation teams through operational launch
- Analyze KPIs for process, cost, and fulfillment improvements

Requirements:

- Experience designing supply chain and logistics solutions
- Knowledge of warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, and transportation operations
- Understanding of WMS, TMS, OMS, ERP, API, and EDI integrations
- Ability to manage milestones, risks, issues, and project scope
- Capability to build trusted strategic customer relationships
