Use structural engineering knowledge at PHASOR Engineering Inc. to design steel, concrete, and foundation systems for high-voltage electrical facilities. This temporary full time placement is office-based up to five days weekly.

As a Civil Engineer Co-op, you will work with PHASOR’s experienced technical team and Civil Group. The placement includes structural engineering design, civil works, Canadian codes and standards, STAAD-Pro, AutoCAD, and safety in design principles. You will help deliver projects spanning preliminary engineering, design, testing, commissioning, and startup. Candidates must be current Canadian university students enrolled in co-op programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Apply structural engineering design knowledge to project work
- Address shallow and deep foundation design




- Support retaining wall and site preparation work
- Prepare clear technical documents and explanations
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines


Requirements:
- Knowledge of steel and concrete structures
- Understanding of applicable Canadian codes and standards
- Proficiency with STAAD-Pro for structural design
- AutoCAD experience is beneficial
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
