Reporting to the Recreation Manager, the Quality of Life Aide develops individual and group activation programs. You will base activities on assessed needs, evaluate results, and revise programming under managerial guidance. The position supports residents in a long-term care home.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan individual and group activation programs based on assessed needs
- Implement, evaluate, develop, and revise resident programming
- Set up and clean activity areas as necessary
- Transport residents to and from scheduled programs
- Monitor residents and report significant changes appropriately

Requirements:

- Ability to maintain program and resident records
- Ability to document and communicate resident participation
- Ability to report changes to managers and nursing staff
- Ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to follow department policies
