As an RBC Amplify Developer, you will collaborate with business, data, and programming specialists on real RBC business challenges. You will research, design, create, and deliver a product or solution. The program includes technical and professional training, coaching, mentoring, and access to subject matter experts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research business challenges and develop creative product solutions
- Design, create, and deliver a functional prototype
- Collaborate with cross-functional specialists and stakeholders




- Apply agile development and design thinking tools
- Pitch project strategy and results to stakeholders

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in post-secondary studies
- Graduating between August 2027 and June 2028
- Understanding of programming, databases, platforms, or web technologies
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and processes
- Experience with cloud, mobile, DevOps, full-stack, or API technologies
