You will be an integral part of the finance team, reporting directly to the Accounting Manager and Controller. The ideal candidate will have experience with full-cycle accounting support and inventory costing within an ERP environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable: Manage the AR cycle, including invoicing, processing payments, and performing soft collections (friendly follow-ups on overdue accounts).Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices, perform 3-way matching, and prepare payments.General Bookkeeping:



Maintain accurate financial records and assist with day-to-day data entry.Inventory Accounting: Manage inventory transactions, including calculating landed costs and fuel surcharges.Reporting: Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end financial reports.Compliance: Prepare and remit GST/PST filings and generate related reports.ERP System: Utilize Syspro ERP for daily accounting and inventory tasks.Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: 3-5 years of accounting experience.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Attributes: Must be a self-motivated individual and a collaborative team player.Technical Skills: Proficiency with accounting software (experience with Syspro ERP is an asset) and MS Office Suite.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience.Benefits: Benefits are available after a probationary period.
