Support overnight members at GoodLife Fitness in Medicine Hat with customer service, front desk systems, and a welcoming club environment. Work part time across Carry and Dunmore locations.

As a Customer Service Representative, also called a Motivator, you create positive member experiences from the front desk. You will greet members, check them into workouts, answer calls, support fitness equipment questions, and explain memberships and club services. The position also includes sales, issue resolution, Fit-Fix Starter sessions, cleaning, learning, and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet members and potential members warmly upon arrival
- Check members in and direct scheduled visitors appropriately
- Answer calls, take messages, and book appointments
- Resolve member questions,



concerns, and information updates
- Complete club runs, cleaning, and Fit-Fix sessions

Requirements:

- Hold CPR-A and AED certification
- Obtain Smart Tan certification within three months
- Demonstrate solid customer service and communication skills
- Use computers proficiently and understand fitness industry services
- Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset
