ResponsibilitiesSupport in leading a team within a concession environment.Inspire and motivate daily, fostering ownership and accountability.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of Assistant Management/Floor Management/Concession Manager / Store Manager/ General manager / Associate Store Director experience with a luxury brand.Demonstrated experience with a concession team as well as managing a high level of client experience.Demonstrated expertise in retail management, including P&L; management, staff supervision, scheduling, training, merchandising, inventory control, shrink management, HR & Appraisals and client development/CRM.Salary $60,000 - $70,000 per annum depending on experience.Annual Bonus & Monthly Sales Bonus401k and additional company perks.Opportunities to progress and further develop in a very established and successful brand.#J-18808-Ljbffr
