Support philanthropy operations and donor databases as a Philanthropy Coordinator based primarily in the office with Big Sisters of BC Lower Mainland. Accurate data and thoughtful stewardship shape your work.

Reporting to the Director of Philanthropy, you will maintain donor, gift, relationship and communication information. You will support gift processing, reporting, acknowledgements and pledge tracking. The role also coordinates timelines, reconciliations and workflow improvements while protecting donor confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate donor and gift information in the database
- Support gift processing, documentation, acknowledgements and pledge tracking
- Produce donor lists, reports and queries for fundraising activities




- Review data and support consistent data-entry practices
- Coordinate timelines, agreements and shared tracking tools

Requirements:

- Two to four years of relevant philanthropy or fundraising experience
- Donor database or CRM experience; Omatic is an asset
- Solid organizational, project coordination and administrative skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
- Understanding of donor confidentiality and ethical fundraising practices
