- Verify health cards and complete patient registration processes
- Manage appointments through the internal booking scheduler
- Promote pharmacy clinic services and the PC Health app




- Maintain records and complete clinic opening and closing checklists

Requirements:

- Retail pharmacy or medical clinic experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong confidentiality, organization, and time management
- Problem-solving ability and informed decision-making skills
- Microsoft Outlook proficiency and willingness to learn current systems
