As Dining Room Supervisor, you will oversee smooth dining room operation when the Director of Culinary Services is absent. You will apply knowledge of dining elements and demonstrate self motivation and reliability. The position ensures established procedures and “5 Star” service principles extend to all residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee smooth dining room operation during leadership absence
- Apply knowledge of dining elements to daily operations
- Demonstrate excellent judgment throughout dining service
- Ensure established procedures are carried out consistently
- Extend “5 Star” service principles to residents and guests

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Food Handling Certificate
- Serving it Right Certificate
- Minimum three years fine dining service experience
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
